Parsippany, NJ – Injuries in Semi-Truck Crash on NJ-80

Parsippany, NJ (August 21, 2024) – There were confirmed injuries after a two-vehicle collision in the area of Parsippany on Monday, August 19. The crash took place on NJ-80 near mile marker 46 early that morning, around 11:30 a.m. Local reports revealed that a sedan and semi-truck collided at the scene. 

Emergency crews were rushed to the scene to provide aid to the involved parties. When officials arrived, one of the victims was found unconscious. The crash victims were treated at the scene, and those needing further support were later transported to a local hospital by ambulance. The number and severity of the resulting injuries have not yet been determined. The area was closed for several hours while local officials worked to clear the scene.
