Palisades Park, NJ – Pedestrians Hurt in Crash at Edsall Blvd & Highland Ave

Palisades Park, NJ (September 10, 2024) – On Sunday, September 8, two pedestrians were injured after a traffic accident in the Palisades Park area. The collision took place at the corner of W. Edsall Boulevard and Highland Avenue late that evening, around 8 p.m. The victims were traveling on foot when they were struck by an oncoming motor vehicle. 

Emergency crews were rushed to the scene to provide the necessary aid to the involved parties. Both pedestrians were transported to a local hospital for the treatment of serious injuries. The area was temporarily closed while local authorities worked the scene. At this time no further information on the accident is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the crash is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
