Middlesex County, NJ – New Jersey Turnpike Crash near MM 87.6 Injures One
Middlesex County, NJ (March 30, 2023) – One person was hospitalized with injuries following a car crash that took place in Middlesex County on Sunday evening.
On March 26, emergency officials were called to the scene of a crash on the New Jersey Turnpike. Reports from the New Jersey State Police indicate that a collision between two or more vehicles occurred on the Turnpike that blocked the southbound side of the road near mile marker 87.6.
Authorities arrived at the scene and located one person trapped inside their vehicle. Firefighters extricated the victim. Emergency medical services then treated the victim on-site before transporting them to a local hospital for emergency medical care.
The police are currently investigating the accident. No other serious injuries were reported.
