Middlesex Borough, NJ – Industrial Worker Dies in Accident on Cedar Ave
Middlesex Borough, NJ (June 12, 2024) – An industrial accident in Middlesex Borough on Tuesday, June 11, resulted in fatal injuries. The deadly incident was reported at an industrial building on Cedar Avenue early that morning around 7:15 a.m. Emergency crews were rushed to the scene to provide the necessary aid.
When officials arrived, they found the worker unresponsive. It was later determined that the victim was working when he was struck by a falling metal beam. The injured party suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. The deceased victim was later identified as 46-year-old Jimmy Fernando Parrales Mora of North Plainfield. No further information on the crash is currently available. The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is currently conducting an investigation in cooperation with local officials.
