Trucking Accidents in New Jersey
A large semi-truck can cause complete devastation in the event of a collision, especially if a much smaller passenger vehicle is involved. Large trucks cause over 500,000 crashes each year on American roads, resulting in over 5,000 deaths and many more injuries. These rigs can weigh tens of thousands of pounds when fully loaded, and this is more than enough to completely destroy a smaller car in the event of a crash. Even worse, if you are hurt, it can often be much harder to pursue a full recovery. Semi-trucks are owned by large companies that have a team of lawyers on hand to deal with these types of situations. It is important that you have a trained lawyer on your side as you pursue your case.
