Deadly Pedestrian Accidents in New Jersey

In addition to being a great method to get around, walking is also very good for the environment. On the other hand, pedestrians are particularly vulnerable to roadway dangers. The Garden State’s roads are notoriously dangerous for pedestrians. Hundreds of pedestrians are killed in crashes each year across the state, and nearly 30 percent of pedestrians in New Jersey report being struck by a car in a given year. Pedestrians continue to account for a disproportionate number of fatalities on American roads, and victims must work with an experienced lawyer to build a compelling case for compensation.

A deadly crash can change your life like nothing else. You do not want to be held responsible for the actions of a reckless driver. If someone close to you is killed in a pedestrian crash, you may be able to pursue a wrongful death claim with the help of a trained Hardwick Township wrongful death lawyer.
