Deadly Pedestrian Accidents in New Jersey
In the Garden State, walking is a popular mode of transportation. It can be a terrific way to travel and enjoy lovely days. However, it is far from safe, and statistics continue to show that pedestrians are over-represented in national roadway deaths. In 2021, 699 persons lost their lives in car crashes in New Jersey. Approximately 30 percent of all reported road deaths in the state that year were pedestrian deaths, making up 220 fatalities that year. Because pedestrians are not built to resist the full force of a catastrophic collision, it is even more crucial that you have an experienced lawyer by your side while you seek a compensation claim.
