Franklin Twp, NJ – Driver Dies in Collision on Easton Ave

Franklin Twp, NJ (November 11, 2024) – One person was killed and two others were injured after a car accident in the area of Franklin Township on Saturday, November 9. The deadly crash took place on Easton Avenue that afternoon around 1:10 p.m. Local reports revealed that a 2021 Nissan Sentra and a 2018 Ford Transit van collided at the scene. 

Emergency crews were rushed to the scene to provide aid to the involved parties. At this time, the circumstances leading to the incident have not yet been determined. Despite life-saving measures from attending medical personnel, the driver of the Nissan suffered fatal injuries and was later pronounced dead. The driver and passenger of the Ford were injured and transported to a local hospital for treatment. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present. No further information on the deadly collision is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the incident is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
