Far Hills, NJ – Motorcyclist Dies in Pileup Crash I-287
Far Hills, NJ (June 18, 2024) – On Saturday, June 15, a motorcyclist was killed after a multi-vehicle accident in the Far Hills area. The deadly accident was reported on Interstate 287 early that morning around 11:23 a.m. It was reported that a 25-year-old Staten Island man was riding a Kawasaki motorcycle headed northbound at the time of the crash.
The rider, later identified as Durmish Golesh, crashed into the rear of a Hyundai passenger car traveling in the same direction. This caused the bike to flip and hit a northbound Infiniti. Emergency crews were rushed to the scene to provide aid to the involved parties. Golesh suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene. No other injuries have been reported at this time. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the accident is being managed by local law enforcement officials, and more updates will be provided as it continues.
