Elizabeth, NJ – Three Hurt in Pileup Crash at Lafayette & Spring St

Elizabeth, NJ (September 26, 2024) – Three people were hospitalized after a multi-vehicle collision in the Elizabeth area on Tuesday, September 24. The collision was reported at the corner of Lafayette Street and Spring Street early that morning around 6 a.m. Emergency crews were rushed to the scene to provide the necessary medical aid. 

The circumstances leading to the crash have not yet been determined. Three people involved in the crash were transported to a local hospital by ambulance for treatment. The severity of the resulting injuries has not been provided at this time. The area was temporarily closed while emergency crews were present, and tow trucks were needed to remove the resulting wreckage and other debris. No updates on the collision are currently available.
