Egg Harbor Twp, NJ – Injury Head-on Crash at Mill & Orchard Rd
Egg Harbor Twp, NJ (November 9, 2024) – On Thursday, November 7, there were reported injuries after a head-on crash in Egg Harbor Township. The accident took place at the corner of Mill Road and Orchard Road at around 4:30 p.m. Local reports revealed that a 2015 Toyota Carmy was traveling westbound on Mill Road when it entered eastbound traffic near the intersection.
A 2016 transport van headed east veered to avoid a crash, but the Toyota hit the front of the van. The impact left the car stuck underneath the van. Emergency crews were rushed to the scene to aid the involved parties. At least one person involved was transported to AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center’s Trauma Unit for the treatment of sustained injuries. The identities of the involved parties have not yet been determined. No further information on the crash is currently available. An ongoing investigation into the cause of the incident is being managed by local law enforcement officials.
