Car Accidents in New Jersey

Every day in the Garden State, innocent individuals suffer severe injuries due to motor vehicle accidents. Fractured bones, spinal cord injuries, and other life-threatening injuries are unfortunately all too common, often requiring immediate medical attention. Following a motor vehicle accident, victims often endure months of therapy and rehabilitation to regain their health.

Moving forward can be challenging for car crash victims who are left to deal with unexpected expenses and losses. Regrettably, many of these accidents result from the negligent and reckless behavior of others. If you have been harmed due to another driver’s negligence, you have the right to pursue legal action against the responsible party through a personal injury claim. This type of personal injury claim can help you recover compensation for various damages, including:

  • Any costs for medical care that you require as a result of your accident.
  • The financial resources that you need to repair or replace your vehicle.
  • Long-term care expenses, such as therapy and rehabilitation.
  • Any costs for mental health treatment that you require as a result of your accident.
  • Any lost wages you have suffered from taking time off work to recover.
  • Any lost earning capacity that you have experienced if your accident left you permanently disabled.
