Tesla Strikes Teen on E-Bike on Roosevelt Blvd in Paramus, NJ
Paramus, NJ (June 10, 2026) – A 15-year-old boy riding an e-bike was hurt on Tuesday evening, June 9, after a Tesla struck him on Roosevelt Boulevard in Paramus. The crash happened shortly after 6 p.m.
The driver, a 50-year-old Ridgewood resident, was traveling west on West Ridgewood Avenue when he turned left onto Roosevelt Boulevard. His vehicle struck the teen in the crosswalk during the turn.
The boy was taken to Valley Hospital with a wrist injury. His e-bike was impounded as part of the ongoing investigation.
The driver stayed at the scene and cooperated with investigators. No other details had been released at the time of this report.
